I sold to Alva Omen King by mistake for 1 ex

Hello Support,

By mistake, I sold my first Omen King to Alva for 1ex in her currency exchange tab, because I forgot to manually enter the correct numbers. On PC, the amounts are recalculated automatically, but on my Xbox they are not—it only works if I type in the numbers myself. As a result, I lost more than 600 ex. It took me a very long time to farm this, going from Ritual to Ritual, and all players know how hard that is.

I’d like to ask if it’s possible to track this transaction and revert it as I think its something that you have to fix (automatic recalulation like on PCs in Alvas Currency echange tab).
