Sacrifice skill not working as intended with Trenchtimbre equipped

Swapping out shield for trenchtimbre unable to autocast sacrifice on minions. Sacrifice will activate when walking over minion and casting Poisonous Concoction.

Trenchtimbre always sits in the primary hand and will not go to offhand so unsure if that is causing issue with minion skill

I have the same issues, weapon wont go to off-hand and sacrifice doesn't work unless I'm not dual wielding, it works if I have a shield or dont have anything in the other hand.

Funny thing I discovered regarding this bug, there's a fix but its a pay2win solution

The King of The Faridun Body Armour MTX used to be bugged and won't trigger corpsewade, they fixed it last patch, and seems to have also fixed the issue with Trenchtimbre unintentionally. I tried putting on and taking off the MTX, and it only works as intended when I have the MTX on

Aadditional context / clarification from testing I have done after encountering the same problem :

The interaction that fails is the Corpsewade's Trigger Decompose on step when equipping the Trenchtimbre, sacrifice is still functional as testing with Detonate Dead yielded the expected explosion when using a permanent minion as a target with TrenchTimbre + Scepter equipped.

Additionally TrenchTimbre being equipped does not prevent enemy corpses from being consumed by the Corpsewade's trigger as normal under the same conditions that break minions as corpses.

Go figure.
