Server crashed

Dear GGG

I was using my key to fight king of the mist and whilst I was fighting him the server disconnected... and i could not log back in and i am still unable to log back into the South african servers... i will probably lose my key and not be restored? the serrver crashed without any notice and i have to lose a lot of my work?
