Game crash on entry a map

Good morning, after leveling two characters, trying several versions, Vulkan or Directx12, graphics lowered to the minimum, Nvidia drivers updated, nothing works for me, the game crashes on the map
chimera wetlands. I don't get any errors, the game closes directly. I'm not using external programs either, just the base game.
