Boots(corpsewade) vanished from inventory

This happened second time with me as I equipped my rare boots the corpsewade boots that were equipped were gone. It's happened before as well. Same scenario I equipped my rare boots and the unique boots were gone. Earlier I thought it was my mistake that I somehow dropped it or vendored it. But there's a warning if you try to do that since boots has support gems as it has a skill on it. Also my supports gems are gone as well(2 times). Adding the video for reference.

P.S The Corpsewade unidentified in my inventory were found in map and was not equipped.
