Unlinking Sony from account

Can anyone help me with unlinking Sony from this account so i can link it to another with early Access? In writing from both emails that i have on this two accounts and all i had was respond from bot for More info characters on accounts and account name with 4 digits. I sended it all and its no answer since then. Its nothing complicated to do. Unlink sony from this account and thats it. Thanks.

I have same problem. Asked support@grindinggear.com 4 weeks ago and still nothing.
