I bought early access for both pc and ps5. I can't link my email address because it says it's compromised. Sent email 5 days ago yet no help from support to get my email unlocked. Sony won't refund me because I already downloaded the game. Anyone else having same issue?

You may want to try logging into the website using your email address and resetting the password for that account to see if this allows you to proceed with the merge. You can access the password reset tool here.

Thank you. I was able to reset my password but when I tried to link my steam it's now giving me this error
You cannot add this login method to this account. You must complete the unlock process before continuing. |

I was able to fix this issue by downloading poe2 pc client and unlock account by logging in. I was able to link after.
