MY BODY ARMOUR DISAPPEARED!

Today when i loged in, i realize my body armour disappeared, gone.. And buyed yesterday for 3 div.What i heard about that is some people exploit with a specific boss and selled the item, then he get ban and i get fked, just because you fk it up with the boys exploiting it. Is that fair to remove my item just because you fk it up ? thanks!!
