Please help: POE2: 45 Divine Omen Scepter Disappeared!

Hello support,

On 01/13/24 at roughly 11:35 PM Eastern I was playing POE2 and during the game the omen Scepter that I had spent nearly 100 hours of gameplay to earn and trade magically disappeared from my hands during gameplay. When I went to look for the item thinking it fell out of the hands of the character. It was no where to be found on the map.

This item was not deleted. 
It just disappeared. 
In shock I went online to see if anyone else had similar issues and to find out there are hundreds, if not, thousands of other players with the exact same problem. I have personally spent over $150 in this game and nearly 200 hours of my time spent playing this game. I am asking that GGG Support please do the right thing and either provide my character with the 50 divine orbs to trade back an omen scepter, or either provide my character with the the item I had at the time it was deleted.


Request Please:
1. Replace:
The item: +5 minion 200 spirit Omen Sceptre.

2. Fund 50 divine Orbs so I can trade for the replacement of the item.

3. Refund the $250 I have spent in this game as well as compensate for the 200+ hours spent building to create this item

Please understand without this item the game is now unplayable. I am unable to earn enough currency To trade for a similar item as I am currently at T7 maps and lower quality items do not provide the same damage which immediately kills the character.
Also, due to the fact that EXP is lost each time, a character dies without having the original item in hand, my character is now too weak to survive, which eliminates the reason to play the game in its entirety.

I would greatly appreciate an immediate response.

they dont replace items

I’m assuming they do some sort of replacement though correct?

If not, I could imagine there must be a massive amount of people requesting refunds, That’s not good for the organization or their bottom line. I would assume a veteran company like GGG would just work it out in currency and allow the individual to trade himself to replace the item. This was also one of my recommendations. Seems like the easiest way to resolve the issue and avoid losing a player & revenue.

incorrect. they dont do anything. if you lose an item by any means, its gone.

+5 minion gem & 200 spirit sceptre to do T7 maps? You can do that with a 10ex sceptre

First, I won’t accept that. If they do nothing, then they refund because you’re not receiving what you’re paying for.

In reference to the the scepter to do T7 maps I’m sure you’re a monk that runs out there with no weapons and completes T 15 maps with only one button with a blindfold, but most of us need endgame gear to play endgame..

Google, YouTube, Reddit, these forums, Twitter….. just have to use that new technology, I believe they call it the Internet. :)

Sorry man, I’m just pissed and yes there’s hundreds. If not thousands you can look at any of these. You could start at Reddit and work your way down.

Scepter just disappeared? Under WHAT circumstance? What were you doing? Did you weapon swap?

Sounds like you just heard about all the hacks (which they have fixed now) and thought you could get something out of it.
