poe2 I was scammed

I'm Japanese and I'm using a translator.
I was scammed.
I thought I bought a Regalia worth 80 div, 5 sockets, 10% resist, 5% attributes, but I ended up buying a Regalia worth only 1 div, 5 sockets, 5% attributes, 10% defense.
I realized my mistake and sent chat and party invites to the other party, but they ignored me.
I quit the game in anger and sadness, and I don't have any screenshots or anything.
I know it's my fault for not checking properly, but is it possible to get support?
