PoE Keeps Crashing/Freezing PC During Load Screens

I've had this issue for a while now so I figured I would post it for visibility and to see if others had this issue and did anything to fix it.

Both PoE1 and PoE2 occasionally freeze my PC during load screens. I have a 15 month old PC with gen12 intel, 4070super, 32gb ram, and SSD.

This is not an issue in any other game I play, only PoE1 and PoE2.

I have to hard reset my PC every single time to get everything working again.

I use the steam launcher and dx12. Most of my settings are default high and fullscreen mode.

Same, every 1 to 5 logins on poe1 means I get a full PC freeze and have to restart

100% same thing and its driving me nuts. The only fix has seemed to be to switch the Region in the top-right before I login every time, that can sometimes let me continue playing.

The only char that seems to be immune is my end-game char, the rest of the ones in the leveling/progression phase are all screwed.

Please fix this!

I am on Xbox and same thing happens. I did the patch update and it constantly crashes

Man!.....seems it's not just me. My PC is not old and has good hardware. Guess I'll stop playing the game until I'm guaranteed it won't happen as much at the least but prefer never like every other game i have.
