Steam account stolen - NO SUPPORT REPLY

Hello,
last month my steam account has been stolen (by my mistake...). Finally, at Christmas Eve I received it back! Unfortunatelly, a guy who did this to me changed also my e-mail and password on poe2 site. Today after I logged in I found that all of my characters are naked (sad af for me). 28th of December I wrote to GGG support with a question about what I need to do now to protect my account with NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!
