High Latency when in certain Instances

Ping jumps up and down in certain instances. Leaving or reloading the instance the ping goes back to normal. The Ping doesn't go down if i don't leave the instance no matter the time. Other Games/Servers/Internetservices have normal latency while I get up to 1k in poe. This is true for POE 1 & 2.
