No Public Parties unless I go back to Clearfell?

Is this a known issue? Other than Act 1 there is not one party listed. I have to go back to Clearfell to find a group to play ith. Anyone else?

Did you just get to act 2 for the first time? The first area of act 2 doesn't seem to have any parties and is not public like other town areas. I figured that out after having to dodge-roll that hyena boss for 5 minutes to get to the next area.
