unlink or delete account

I have been trying to get my account unlink to my steam account or deleted so I can sync my Xbox and steam account together. When I created my poe2 account on steam I thought I could merge both, but I couldn't. I have reached out to support, but it is taking days to get a response or when I did get a response they won't even email back. How can I get this fixed?

Do you have any idea when I will have a response. I just need this account deleted so I can add my steam account onto my Xbox account
