Game Crashes When Char is Loading

I reached Halani Gates with my character, after a few enemies my game crashed.
Now i cant logg into my char. All other chars are ok, the game just crashes by the one in the Halani Gates.
After i closed Steam and restarted the game, it showed me a failure code.
