Account Issue for POE2 on XBOX

I have 3 sub-accounts which I can see in POE1 on XBOX,
but on POE2 I can only find 2 of them. The one missing unfortunately is the one which I bought early access and stash with. The missing account also contains all my save datas. Is there anyway I can relink the missing account back to POE2? Last bumped on Jan 15, 2025, 6:49:23 AM

You should be able to switch which sub-account you're using on the character select screen. If you're experiencing issues with this, I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into it with you!

I did contact support and hope we get the problem solved soon.
Losing everything purchased and save file is really an unbearable loss. And I don't know how I should continue playing under such circumstances. |

Aside from my account missing on xbox,
I bought poe2 on ps5 today too hoping that I can retrieve the missing account on my ps5, but I can still only see the two accounts missing the third. and I did ot receive the early access 300 ps points anywhere, which should have come with the early access purchase. I'm very frustrated and very concerned reframing from any future purchase until the problem is solved. |
