My name is bugged, people cant add me

Hello Guys,

My problem is, that i have numbers in my character name, but they are shown as ”__“
I know the numbers are 49, but if someone tries to add me, it wont show my character.
Unfortunatly you cant change your name in poe2 only poe1. So if a support would help me with that, I would be very thankfull.
