Game Froze and Disconnected out of nowhere

Hi, I am playing a map t15 on with breach and delirium modifiers. The game just froze up and not letting me move but moves the camera a little bit. it stayed that way for a while before disconnection. I do have A divine orb that drop for me and a couple of exalts but they are all gone now. I have a screenshot of the Ping at that time that reached as high as 7k ms.

i had the same situation 5 times.

i also had rare drops and lost whole inventory couple of times.

too bad they don't restore items policy. It's a bit disappointing although they can see if I was lying simply from the game server logs. specially for private instances
