Can I get unmuted?

I was muted for 6 hours, for only one message, less than a minute after it was sent to Global chat.

+-6939333's repeating. Yes, it was a maxxed out character message, but it was only 1/2 total messages. My second message, immediately following what I mentioned was, "My bad, my cat".

Those have been my only 2 messages in 24 hours and I got muted for an accident, which was immediately apologized for.

Sure, I'll eat the 6 hours, but this seems silly and over-zealous by most community teams.
