Is the Trial Masters hammer slam 100% Hit chance??

ive been oneshot by this GD thing three times now, and its tracking is insane. unless i dodge out and just accept that the spikes are gonna hit me, the hammer will catch me out of my roll and end me every single time.

ive oneshot this on War/Sorc/Witch builds, but doing monk its been a nightmare. i legitimately have as good of gear as i can get without being in pinnacle, and still cant clear the ascendancy.

im 87, im at 2.4k life + 1k ES + 10k Eva w/ Acrobatics right now, and res capped for everything.

this is getting incredibly annoying.
