Bought a pack and it was transfered to the web account instead of the steam account.

There's an issue I have right now due to the merged accounts. I bought early access support pack back on steam and then created a PoE account so that I could link it. Due to that I now have 2 accounts.

You might have to wait a week or so for a reply, but shoot them an email and they might be able to help.

I hope so, I just sent a dm and asked them that after the stuff's been transfered to remove one of those accounts. Cuz I feel that it's gonna happen again if I don't delete an account.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
Please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. | |

Thanks. How long am I to expect a response from support from email? This time I just sent another message to do as specified. Albeit I forgot to include my character's name and instead included the class and level.

Oh yeah, how safe is it to play while waiting for response? Since I asked for one of my accounts to be deleted in the process after transferring over my cosmetics and currencies to the account I am playing on.

Not trying to let you down but, my problem is exactly the same. I sent them an e-mail December 7th and it's not solved yet, I'm waiting for an answer since December 17h right now.
By the time I sent them the first e-mail my Titan was level 20, now he is at 93. There goes 1000 coins and MTX locked on another account, even if it's linked. |
