Website not syncing correctly to POE2 on console

I began playing POE2 on my Xbox series X and had already dabbled in POE1 for a very little time. The website is only showing my POE1 characters. I am not sure whether or not this in why I am having other issues like a guild member not being able to send currency to help in purchasing tabs for the guild, or item filters not populating in the option menu after both "following" them and also syncing from the filter website itself, or not being able to collect Twitch rewards, though I had watched many hours of a few different players who had the drops on their accounts.

Is crossplay disabled in your options menu?

Correct, filters are not available yet for console. I think it's coming in the patch later this week.

I'm not experienced with this (I never bother) so don't have an answer. Maybe Twitch isn't aligned with the Xbox account. Would that make a difference? I'm not sure of the current state of MTX sharing for Xbox.
