Day 31 account still locked no support

This is utter bullshit and trash my account has been locked basically since i purchased the early access key. Not only can i not play poe 2 i cant play poe 1. If i even attempt to refund the key i will have my account perma banned losing out on thousands of dollars i put into poe 1 what kinda of scam system ar you guys running here. Deny us access to something we pay for and when you cant deliver strongarm us into not refunding with threats to ban.
