I bought premium quad tab and can't find it anywhere!

First, I bought a quad tab when logged in on my xbox. I couldn't find the quad tab anywhere.
Then, I logged into my PS5 and bought another premium quad. Still can't find them anywhere! I had 10 tabs total before these two separate quad tab purchases? Any chance I had already reached the max limit at 10 tabs? Last bumped on Jan 13, 2025, 3:24:10 PM
