Just bought the packs and have issue with my account but why GGG don't reply my email ?????

I bought few packs from shop and try to change to my new email, but I accidently type email wrong (should be qq.com but I type gmail.com), and I emailed GGG try to fix this. Now, It's been two weeks without update.
