Controller + Mouse PLEASE!
Can we get a mode where we can play with the controller but still have the option to use the mouse as well? Having to browse and move things around with a controller is EXTREMELY painful and slow, I pity the console-only players.
Plus, it's so infuriating when my controller loses connectivity or something, and the game disconnects because it doesn’t transition to the other mode while in-game. Last bumped on Feb 16, 2025, 4:50:34 PM

To expand on this, for keyboard/keypad users, movement options are restricted to WASD and click-to-move. Why not allow for thumbstick movement as an alternative? I know it is more niche, but I've got a keypad peripheral with a Hall Effect thumbstick built in, if there's already support for movement with a thumbstick for controllers, why can't people use it with a keyboard? Lame that it currently has to be used as an 8 direction movement with WASD mapping.

I understand this for console users, it's build so it works either on consoles or PC.
They should introduce a hybrid setup, where you can use the controller interface, but have the mouse also working for moving things around if you want. |

" Look at Steam Controllers and map a WASD moveset to them. This way you have the convenience of a controller but are on KBM controls. I love mine. You can find them cheap on FB marketplace and EBay. |

For what its worth in the 2 hour+ stream on darthmicrotransactions interview they mentioned this issue briefly and acknowledged it that it needed to be fixed and more responsive between switching between them/using simultaneously.
I advise you to take it with a grain of salt as issues will be prioritized. Last edited by MinervasTouch#7126 on Jan 14, 2025, 12:55:42 PM

+1
Also, when using controller we should be able to hover over afflictions/buffs/skills and get a popup of what they are (e.g., during trials when getting a random minor affliction, there is no way to tell what you got when using the controller). |

I'd like a way to quickly switch from WASD to mouse without opening the menu. Mouse feels more relaxed to play but WASD gives better control over character
