Need Help. Trouble with Trading/Purchasing

I can't whisper other players when trying to trade. Says my account needs to be in game or online. (but I am online playing with a friend)

When I just try to purchase a Gem stash in the microtransaction menu it goes to buy more points but nothing ever shows up. The cart just circles forever.

So, I purchased a 200 point pack from the PS Store. The money came out of my account immediately but never received any points. This was January 6th.

I was able to purchase points previously. I'm thinking it has something to do with the fact I linked my primary PS account with my Steam account.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

I am experiencing the same problem with trading on PS5. Am logged in with my PS account on the trade website and playing the game but keep getting the 'your account must be in-game to use this feature' error.

Mine is still broken :(
