I'm afraid that if you purchased an access key from a third party, you'll need to contact them if your access has been revoked, as we aren't able to discuss the details of a purchase you did not make on your Path of Exile account. The person you received the key from will need to look into the validity of the key you were given. If the original purchase that granted them the key was refunded or charged back, for example, this would invalidate the access from the key.
