Poe 2 - account progress wiped after linking it on the website

Hi all,
I've started my poe 2 playthrough on my xbox and leveled a few characters. At some point I've been playing around with my profile on the website and saw there was an option to link it with other platforms too and I've done that. This wiped all of my characters completely now with all the currency and tabs, so now I can't access it even on xbox. Is there a way to reverse this or to get back my xbox profile? You should be able to access your characters by choosing the correct sub-account on the character select screen. You may want to try creating a character so that you can return to character select in order to see the option to switch sub-accounts. I hope this helps!
