Shipment 'frozen'

A shipment on route to Ngakanu doesn't count down and stays frozen on the maximum travel time; The only option left is to abandon the shipment. This is the second time that I've experienced this bug.

Ship timers stay frozen on maximum travel time whenever there isn't enough gold in the treasury to pay the sailors' wages.

Once you put gold into Kingsmarch's treasury, the timer will update to however much time is actually left on the trip.
