Better visibility when salvaging

Specifically on console, it’s hard to notice the subtle flashing white border on salvageable items. Especially if the item details modal is being displayed, which it always is by default on console if your inventory has anything in it.

I think a good QOL change would be to grey out items that can’t be salvaged so you immediately know which items to navigate to.
