Post new patch game glitching then freezing

When I use health potion (and some times other actions) the game starts making a noise almost like a cash register faster and faster then slows down to eventually freeze and quit unexpectedly

I can’t seem to avoid it

This is terrible with y character level in the 50s and it just keeps glitching out

I’m on ps5

Please help

I can send video clips w sound if need be

Anyone else experiencing this?
