Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond can't be placed in the Jewel Socet

Faced such a problem that the first time I tried to insert it into the socket, it just disappeared, while not inserted into the socket, it did not appear in the inventory

Trying to refind a passive skill does not lead to anything, the diamond does not appear and it is impossible to insert a new one into any of the available sockets in the whole passive tree.
