My Character is missing from log in screen

My character is level 89/90 and after Logging in on the 13/1/25 my character is missing from the character select screen and it is trying to make me make a new one as it was my only character. Is this a glitch/bug and can you help. thanks

Did you link your poe and poe2 accounts on the website?? If you did there is a way to switch between accounts on the site. My buddy had the same problem.

I dont believe so, the only thing linked is the steam and ps5 account but that was done a while back, thanks for the reply
