Can i get my account unlinked to steam?

Hello this is a old account that i never used, few day ago i bought poe2 and made a new account that i want to link to my Steam profile but unfortunately, this account im writing with is already linked to Steam.
Can you unlink this account from my Steam profile please? I wrote an email to the support and didnt receive any answer Last bumped on Jan 13, 2025, 2:33:20 AM

The thing is i can't play poe2 if i can't link my new account to my steam profile.. so i basically bought a game to not play it..i can't unlink my old account on myself because there is no option for that on the website. Am i supposed to wait for weeks before i can play the game?
