Ordered warlord of karui support pack to get hoodie and shirt. Never got products.

I post here because im hopeless what to do.

I ordered warlord of the karuisupport pack to get hoodie and t shirt.

Seemslike there is issues with my payment. I got email from support what told me i havent order physical produckts. What im quite sure i did. I even needed to send my shipping address. I counted all payments and i clearly over paid so there must be shipping cost included. I have been waiting over a 1 month now. Is there any other way to talk with support than wait weeks after 1 message through email.
