Missing in game micro transactions

I bought $25 in-game currency points and that was 14days ago and still don’t get it yet plus I wrote a message to support about it twice they don’t even respond back. Also I bout it during the discount sale for stash cause I was goin upgrade mines but now I’m just 25 short with nothing to show
