Bait advertisement should be not allowed

The main menu before character select showed me a Darkshard falcon pet is on sale on POE 2 when you launch the game. So i bought it because it would go with my characters armor. Here we are with it saying that pet is not supported for POE 2 right now. This i am pretty sure is illegal. False advertisement on something that cannot be used in the game it is advertised in is absolutely scummy

he has a right to be upset and really support reading this should contact the guy and ask him if he wants the mtx refunded.
and then make sure mtx that do not work in the game are not being advertised in the game. this is surely a bug.

As mentioned in our FAQ here: "Will my Path of Exile 1 microtransactions work in Early Access? Yes, but not all microtransactions are available to use yet. Many recent MTXs and all stash tabs will be initially available, but due to a massive amount of microtransactions in Path of Exile 1, we’re still in the process of adding them all to Path of Exile 2, so many of them will be marked as ‘unavailable’ in your cosmetics tab. " It would seem you are not a very intelligent person. This is a feedback post not a complaining cry baby post. Just a simple heads up to people and the devs incase they did not realize because this does fall under false advertisement due to there not being any disclaimers. Me saying this is scummy at the end just signifies that if they intentionally posted it on POE 2 that makes it scummy with it not being implemented. " I am not upset just a little let down, I know they all will be ported over to POE 2 at some point but i did feel a little pressured with the no time remaining feeling whether or not it was a glitch on the timer. At the end of the day it will eventually be usable. |

This is not a matter of "why can i not use this item" this is a matter of it being advertised as if it is. I will be able to use it in time so in the end it is whatever for me but i am not planning to refund this. I wish you read the post before placing a robotic response of CTRL+C and CTRL+V. Not at any point did i say why can i not use this. I am asking why is it advertised in the game it cannot be used in as of this very moment and going forward.
