PLEASE HELP - Merge 2 Accounts

I need to please ask for help. I opened a help ticket in mid December and have been trying to get a response from a GGG rep [removed by Support] yet responses are limited and I am at my wits end. I apologize for the unsolicited PM to you, but I am desperate for a solution. I tried playing PoE1 over 1 year ago but only created an in-game account, I never created an online web account, and used [removed by Support]. Fast Forward to PoE2, I created an online web account first using [removed by Support], then at EA launch, via my STEAM account also under [removed by Support], launched the game, and the game system auto-recognized my PoE1 in-game account name, thus I now have 2 accounts. Both accounts have coins/points that I need to retain. However, it is my PoE2 account that is active has the character progress lvl 55 sorc that I need to retain. Is there anyway that a GGG technician can please help me with this? [removed by Support]
