VPNs are allowed?

Hi guys, does anyone know if using a VPN is allowed? My internet provider is having issues and I'm getting a lot of ping. I wanted to try if a VPN improves it but I'm not sure if it's allowed.

Since like dec 9 i am forced to use VPN without it i get some error and cant connect to the game so it works and i dont thing it should be an issue for you. If your ISP is having ping issues i dont think vpn is going to help you.
