De-Socketing runes from gear

I think it would be a great idea to re-introduce scouring orbs, and allow them to un-socket items.
I think this will help with balancing resistances while swapping gear and upgrading gear pieces in general. Last bumped on Jan 12, 2025, 6:09:16 PM

the next patch is going to allow you to overwrite runes with another at no cost (other than destroying the currently slotted rune)
