Skepticism trial issue

I was doing the Skarman trial as usual, although I usually encounter some unstable factors that cause disconnection (I am a normal player but today I encountered the following two problems. The first problem is that when I clicked to open the trial, the door did not open for a short period of time then disconnected, and I can re-enter Skarman. The second problem is that I am currently at the entrance of the fourth stage, and when I click to, I get disconnected, and when I click to enter again, I get disconnected with a text prompt that the terrain generator and the server cannot be connected.
