I've contacted support a week ago about a support pack that wasn't delivered. I asked for a refund and they suggested buying another pack. When do they stop with the comedy act and just give me back my money? Last bumped on Jan 29, 2025, 4:43:27 PM

With people coming back from summer holidays that might improve; but until they can hire and train more support staff I think we're going to be stuck with massive support queue delays.
