Microtransactions Shop Refund Tickets ?

is there a option for shop item tickets like to refund items that were purchased that i did not want to get ? im playing poe by streaming it and im watching videos of the items that i want to buy but some odd reason idk if there is a imput delay or what not but i found that when i do go to buy somthing i dont have the points because somthing was accidentally purchased or i just did not notice when tryng to view the videos of items that im looking into maybe getting items being magma wings and fire wings and these items were purchase on Playstation 5 im really hoping somthing can be done because i feel like i just wasted these points when i just bought 3 supporter packs to use the points so far thanks for reading and hopefully can get this situated or not
