Are there humans working in Customer Support ?

Genuine question as the title states. Are there humans working in Customer Support?

My account has been locked 5 days now. The lock should only be for 24hours yet there has been no change.

I've sent a message to customer support 5 days ago to try to unlock my account yet no reply.

This is humiliating, they are both lying and scamming.

I know I am basically wasting my time here as I will most likely get an automated response from an AI like "Please send a message to our customer support", but yet, this is frustrating. Me and many others that are dealing with this nonsense have paid money, yet we cannot even get a reply at all or even an estimate.

For those wondering why I got locked it's because of sarcasm in the global chat, I haven't insulted anyone, neither was I using offensive words or symbols or whatever you might think.
