i lost my account progress

When I went to link my Epic account with my PoE account, where the Playstation account was already linked, simply when I went to open my game on the console ALL MY PROGRESS HAD BEEN DELETED, as well as all the founders packs I purchased , there were more than 500 U$ spent on the account, I would like this to be resolved urgently!
