Cannot join instance to save crew

Hi,

I send over Riben fell a big shipment and my crew got attack by pirates. So I wanted to rescue them and I crash during loading screen. Then I come back and I cannot join anymore. It seems I lost my shipment. It is not fair. The only choice I got is abandon. No way I abandon my shipment please GGG fixe that issue
