Xbox and PC account not synching (no access to POE1 cosmetics and tabs)

Hi there, I have my xbox account and poe accounts synched in account management but when logging into POE2 via xbox none of my POE1 cosmetics or stash tabs are available.
I've double checked my accounts are linked in account management but still nothing. Last bumped on Jan 12, 2025, 2:19:47 PM

after linking you should have two sub accounts now the linking/merge doesn't actually merge all your stuff into one account so all your poe1 stuff is on the other sub account and the only way to get everything on one account (except points) is to contact support and ask for the one time mtx transfer of all your mtx from xbox to pc or vice versa just a heads up i asked for this transfer from my xbox to pc and ive been waiting 51 days gl exile stay sane hope this helps :)
