stuck in act 2 trial of corruption quest, game breaks and cannot progress

Hi

Whenever I start the game, I travel to Halani Gates in Act2 and Asala is summoned
I continue to the end of the map, beat the King and he escapes

Then Asala wants to go to down using stairs

Then its the place I got stuck, then game is broken

she told me to go back to Caravan ask for assistance

I go back to Caravan and quests are not progress
in some tries I see the marks on npcs to talk and progress, I talk with them and nothing happens, I cannot move to Dashar , plus %90 of the time I dont see marks on npc when I turn back to Caravan

Sometimes I go back to upper level and King is visible there with %40 health, not figthing just standing

I exit game relaunch and have to complete all quest from beginning and stuck again
cannot progress at all

so frustrating. what should I do?
